The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing fresh talent from various job portals, contacting candidates through our extensive database, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: 1. Source candidates from job portals by creating compelling job postings and actively searching for suitable candidates. 2. Utilize the database provided by our consultancy to identify and reach out to potential candidates. 3. Conduct initial screenings and briefings with candidates to assess their qualifications and interest in available positions. 4. Coordinate with clients' HR departments to align interview schedules and facilitate the interview process. 5. Guide candidates through the documentation process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. 6. Act as a liaison between candidates and clients, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process. 7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in bulk hiring for BPO or KPO sectors. 2. Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures related to recruitment and onboarding.
