Working with the broadest team of SAP business analysts, this business analyst will also be responsible for gathering requirements and understanding integration points between RTR and other development areas to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives across different roles within the business.Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

- Finance: Support Finance and Tax initiatives for India processes.
- Collaborate with other technicians to research, evaluate, develop, test and implement new and/or current functional and technical solutions to increase the value of business systems.
- Provide a collaborative and good communication / relationship environment with all functional and business teams in the organization.
- Manage multiple and concurrent priorities
- Effectively interact with executives to implement technology choices
- Involvement in multiple full cycle SAP implementations - 3 implementations would provide adequate exposure to the implementation nuances.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills with the ability to handle conflict and work with a distributed team.
- Proven experience in overseeing configuration, development, upgrades and implementation of software packages.
- Integration experience with other SAP modules such as materials management, sales and distribution and finance.
- High degree of customer focus.
- Ability to lead and effectively facilitate meetings
- Knowledge of solution strategies, Business Case building, system requirements analysis, process development, process flow creation, solution design and prototyping, test requirements definition, support procedures definition and implementation of best practices. solutions
- Advanced knowledge about Taxes and Costs in all India locations.
- Able to work flexible hours to meet deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of experience
- 5 years of experience in supporting SAP Financial applications
- Experience in global projects in multinational organizations in Finance.
- SAP S/4 HANA functional and technical experience
- Knowledge and experience with Business Objects, Operations Portals and/or SharePoint.
