We recognise unique work and life situations and offer flexibility, ensuring our employees feel engaged and fulfilled in every aspect of life.Summary of Role:The SAP Finance Specialist will work with Accounting, Finance and Tax Processes to develop solutions, troubleshoot systems and analyze new applications to support the Record to Report processes. Working with the broadest team of SAP business analysts, this business analyst will also be responsible for gathering requirements and understanding integration points between RTR and other development areas to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives across different roles within the business.Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

Understand how the rules of ethical and legal conduct are related to my work. Helping other employees to observe the spirit of these standards by bringing matters, questions or considerations to the right people if a problem situation arises.
Understand how the integrated management system policy is related to my work and ensure its application in my work sector, especially

identifying significant environmental aspects and impacts in my area of expertise. * Stay in line with company policies and culture with the goal of accurately guiding all company personnel.

Be able to identify environmental aspects and impacts and significant risks and opportunities in their area of expertise.
Finance: Support Finance and Tax initiatives for India processes.
Collaborate with other technicians to research, evaluate, develop, test and implement new and/or current functional and technical solutions to increase the value of business systems.
Provide a collaborative and good communication / relationship environment with all functional and business teams in the organization.
Manage multiple and concurrent priorities
Effectively interact with executives to implement technology choices

Requirements (Education, experience, competencies, and specific job requirements):

Involvement in multiple full cycle SAP implementations - 3 implementations would provide adequate exposure to the implementation nuances.
Demonstrated collaboration skills with the ability to handle conflict and work with a distributed team.
Proven experience in overseeing configuration, development, upgrades and implementation of software packages.
Integration experience with other SAP modules such as materials management, sales and distribution and finance.
High degree of customer focus.
Ability to lead and effectively facilitate meetings
Knowledge of solution strategies, Business Case building, system requirements analysis, process development, process flow creation, solution design and prototyping, test requirements definition, support procedures definition and implementation of best practices. solutions
Advanced knowledge about Taxes and Costs in all India locations.
Able to work flexible hours to meet deadlines.
Superior project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload prioritization for self and Team to delivery high quality work products within cost and time constraints.
Superior critical thinking skills with the ability to develop completely new problem-solving approaches to formulate innovative solutions.
International mindset - must be able to deal with diverse, international team.
Willingness to travel on a project basis - up to 30% per year. Including potential extended period of time away from home.

Education / Certification:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of experience

Experience and Skills:

5 years of experience in supporting SAP Financial applications
Experience in global projects in multinational organizations in Finance.

Competencies for the Role:

SAP S/4 HANA functional and technical experience
Knowledge and experience with Business Objects, Operations Portals and/or SharePoint.
