• Site Supervision:

• Lead and manage the site installation team, including electricians, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Oversee the installation of solar panels, inverters, and associated electrical components.
• Ensure that all installation work is performed in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Electrical Expertise:

• Supervise electrical wiring, connections, and integration of solar systems.
• Conduct electrical testing and commissioning to ensure proper functionality and performance of solar installations.
• Address and resolve any electrical issues or technical challenges that arise during installation.
• Quality and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to local electrical codes, industry standards, and safety protocols.
• Perform inspections and quality checks to verify the integrity and performance of installed systems.
• Maintain compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Project Coordination:

• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to align installation activities with project schedules and objectives.
• Manage materials and equipment needed for installation, ensuring timely availability and proper usage.
• Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of installation processes, electrical configurations, and any issues encountered.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the Project Manager, highlighting key milestones and any deviations from the plan.

• Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in solar installation and electrical systems.
• Proven experience in managing site operations and leading technical teams.
• Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, and electrical wiring.
• Proficiency with electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Other Requirements:

• Ability to work in remote or field-based locations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, as required by project demands.
