Position: Sales & Business Development Executive
Location: Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar- Kudasan
Experience Required: 1–3 Years

Our client delivers integrated, process-driven facility solutions to residential communities and small-to-mid-sized commercial establishments. Their approach is structured, technology-enabled, and quality-focused — ensuring seamless operations, preventive maintenance, and measurable service standards for every client.Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads through cold visits, referrals, and networking
  • Present service proposals to housing societies, corporates, and institutions
  • Identify and pitch digital marketing packages to SMEs
  • Maintain daily CRM logs of prospects, follow-ups, and pipeline updates
  • Attend networking events as a company representative
  • Conduct site visits for prospect assessment
  • Coordinate with the founder on proposal customization and pricing
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Collect client testimonials and referrals
  • Submit weekly reports on pipeline, conversion rate, and challenges
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience
  • Strong communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi
  • Comfortable with cold calling, cold visits, and regular follow-ups
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
  • Own vehicle and willingness to travel within Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar
