Our clients, an UAE based startup is looking for an Account Specialist. You will have the opportunity to work with the most well-known association in the coaching and development industry and help drive their success. You will be responsible for managing and growing their existing client relationships and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.You will also manage the entire sales cycle, from lead to revenue generation, including managing and nurturing the client relationship. This also includes conducting market research, creating proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts.If you have a passion for sales and are looking for an exciting, fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity. We are seeking a driven, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills and a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Where Can You Work FromWe are a fully remote team with the leadership based out of Dubai. You can join us and work from home (open office) wherever you are based in India.How You Will Contribute
  • Provide clients and prospects with detailed proposals, product demonstrations, and consultations.
  • Accurately report internal administration: CRM activity log, sales pipeline, management reports when needed, and proposal preparation.
  • Manage key client interactions with a focus on expansion opportunities within the accounts.
  • Meet and exceed sales KPI metrics.
  • Occasional travel to client sites/ events/ conferences within the territory.
  • Build strong product knowledge and competitive intelligence.
  • Assure client satisfaction through effective account management practices and work to continually deepen and broaden business relationship with key clients to create annuity revenue.
  • Manage clients projects by ensuring deliverables are met; projects are executed on time and within the defined budget.
  • Source and recruit necessary SMEs and Faculty for delivering clients projects.
  • Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure the brand is consistently well presented to clients and stakeholders.
What You Need
  • Bachelors degree is a must, preferably in Business, HR, or Sales/ Marketing.
  • 2 5 years of sales and business development experience in training programs and account management is essential.
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles)
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, keeping deliverables and deadlines on top of mind.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite. Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
