We are a collection of local businesses serving communities through the richness of diversity, relationships, and locality.Job Description:The Product Manager will lead own the Hub reporting dashboard within the Media Collective Reporting Platform. This role works closely with Data PMs, Self-serve platform PM, Salesforce PM, Attribution PMs, UX designers, and frontend engineering teams to maintain and build upon the Collectives central reporting platform. The PM will define user journeys, streamline navigation, and design dashboards optimized for both onscreen insights and export friendly outputs. The role also partners with Account teams to drive adoption, GTM planning, training, and onboarding of new functionality and user onboarding.Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to translate user pain points, business needs, and data requirements into clear UI specifications, wireframes,
- Experience workingonconfiguring tables, charts, filters, sorting, drill-throughs, and basic visualization elements that support day-to-day decision making.
- User Workflow Mapping:Ability to understand and map user journeys across modules and workflows, ensuring tasks can be performed with fewer clicks and intuitive flows.
- ComponentReuse & Consistency:Work with UX and Engineering to ensure the use ofexisting design components andmaintainconsistency across screens and modules.
- Collaborate with front? End engineering to build scalable, reusable UI components and consistent design patterns.
- Partner with internal business teams and CPG stakeholders to drive product adoption through clear GTM communication, training, and enablement.
- 9+ years of experience in Product Management and Business Analytics building reporting dashboards and launching features
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with UX and frontend engineering teams and make trade-off decisions.
- Experience documenting user acceptance criteria, training, and adoption initiatives for reporting or analytics products.
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Design, Business Analytics
- Strong experience in Data Visualizations
- Strong SQL background
- Familiarity with user research methods, usability testing, and prototype validation.
- Familiarity with Retail or Commercia media, marketing tech stacks
