Job Summary:We are hiring Business Development professionals across experience levels (1-15 years) to join our growing team and drive sales for our IT staffing, IT consulting, and GCC (Global Capability Center) consulting services. Whether you're early in your BD career or a seasoned leader, this is an opportunity to contribute to global growth across India, UAE, UK, EU, and GCC regions, working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities (Scaled by Experience):For All Levels:- Drive lead generation and business development for IT staffing, IT consulting, and GCC consulting.- Identify and engage with multinational clients and GCCs expanding in India and abroad.- Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry networking.- Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, recruitment, technical) to design winning proposals.- Maintain CRM hygiene and regularly report sales pipeline progress.For Mid to Senior Levels (5-15 years):- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure and account expansion.- Build and maintain CXO-level relationships with enterprise clients and Global Capability Centers.- Present and pitch tailored solutions for staffing, project delivery, or CoE/GCC setup.- Contribute to strategic planning, marketing collaboration, and go-to-market efforts.- Optionally lead or mentor junior BDMs as a Team Lead + IC (Individual Contributor).Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).1- to 15 years of experience in business development, with exposure to IT staffing, consulting, or GCC advisory services.- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.- Understanding of IT delivery and staffing models.- Experience with CRM tools and structured reporting.- For senior candidates: Proven track record of achieving sales quotas, managing enterprise accounts, or leading teams.Career Growth Paths:1-5 years: Junior BDM - Senior BDM5-10 years: Senior BDM - Strategic Accounts Lead or Team Lead10-15 years: Leadership track - Head of BD / Practice Lead / Regional Sales Directo (ref:updazz.com)
