- Bachelor's degree from a reputed university/college.
- Proficiency in MS Office; advanced Excel skills are a must.
- Strong understanding of retail store operations.
- Expertise in selling and customer service.
- Good knowledge of Jewellery (Gold, Diamond, Platinum, and Silver) is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with MIS reporting.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Proficiency in 'Point of Sale' (POS) systems / ERP / SAP.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and spreadsheets.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in front-end retail operations as an Assistant Manager / Store Manager.
- Preferably from an established retail brand.
- Experience in handling customer queries and grievance resolution.
- Enthusiastic with a strong passion for selling.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to handle pressure and conflict effectively.
- People-oriented with warmth, empathy, and strong team spirit.
- Highly organized and willing to take ownership.
- Research-driven with a continuous learning approach.

- Adherence to 9-hour shift schedules.
- Engage with customers and provide detailed product descriptions to influence purchasing decisions.
- Drive jewellery sales through effective customer engagement and relationship-building.
- Address customer queries and ensure grievance resolution.
- Maintain follow-ups with customers to enhance retention.
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and customer-ready presentation.
- Manage payment transactions and prepare merchandise for delivery.
- Contribute to team goals by supporting colleagues and ensuring collective success.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by monitoring stock and anticipating customer demand.
- Prepare sales and customer service reports; analyze trends, complaints, and suggestions for improvement.
- Strengthen customer loyalty by retaining both new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Work on ERP systems and retail platforms (e.g., Magento, Ameo).
