We leverage the latest NLP techniques to summarize meeting notes and extract key topics and action items, so our users can spend more time getting things done.The OpportunityWe are looking for a Deep Learning / NLP Engineer to improve and build our algorithms to extract key insights and topics from conversations.For our insights engine, you'll need to apply SOTA NLP techniques to take on challenges like identifying different topics of interest and summarizing meeting transcripts to succinct notes.At Avoma you will:Improve Avoma's Insights EngineCreate new models to be used in the productionWork with state-of-the-art LLMs to solve complex tasksDevelop and improve Deep Learning models in TensorflowWork with our engineering team to ship models to our customersStay up to date on the latest state-of-the-art papers in NLPWork with large datasets of over a million documentsRequirementsAtleast 4+ Years of experience with Machine Learning & NLP in a production environmentExperience developing and debugging in PythonExperience working with GPT, Claude, Gemini, or other similar LLMs.Experience writing and shipping scalable, high-performant and clean codeExperience training Deep Neural NetworksExperience with Tensorflow, PyTorch, or similar frameworksExcellent in both spoken and written communication skillsCurious, self-motivated, and loves challenging problemsBenefitsA transparent salary structure: INR 30,00,000 - INR 40,00,000 (Depending on the experience)Stock Option PlanFast-paced, collaborative work environmentPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick and Public Holidays)
