- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Act as a bridge between management and employees
- Build and maintain a strong organisational culture
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels
- Plan manpower requirements with department heads
- Manage hiring partners, consultants, and job portals
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Ensure a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and HR records
- Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes
- Maintain HR MIS and reporting
- Coordinate payroll processing with the accounts team
- Manage salary structures, increments, and benefits
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, PF, ESIC, etc.
- Maintain all statutory records and handle audits
- Implement performance appraisal systems
- Identify training needs and organise development programs
- MBA / Master’s in Human Resources or related field
- 5–10 years of HR experience (manufacturing industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in factory HR/plant operations
- Strong recruitment and retention strategies
- Ability to handle a large workforce
