Job DescriptionJob Description:We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Executive / Deputy Manager - Accounts to manage the Accounts Payable function and oversee the MIS (Management Information System) reporting framework. The ideal candidate should be CA Inter qualified (both groups cleared) with 7-10 years of experience in financial accounting, vendor payments, and reporting-preferably in the manufacturing sector.This role demands expertise in SAP and MS Excel, excellent coordination skills, and a strong grasp of financial processes to ensure timely payments, accurate reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Accounting & ReportingManage day-to-day accounting activities as per standardsAssist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsEnsure timely book closures, reconciliations, and statutory complianceCoordinate with auditors during audit processes2. MIS ReportingDevelop and maintain MIS systems for accurate and timely reportingGenerate financial/operational reports and ad-hoc analyses for managementTrack KPIs and deliver insights to senior leadershipEnsure high integrity and consistency in financial reports3. Accounts PayableHandle end-to-end AP process: invoice checks, approvals, entries, and paymentsEnsure timely and accurate vendor paymentsConduct vendor account reconciliations and resolve issuesCollaborate with procurement, stores, and departments for smooth processingMaintain ageing reports and assist in cash flow planning4. Team CoordinationSupervise and guide junior AP staffReview deliverables and ensure timely task completionCoordinate with cross-functional teams for accurate data flowQualifications & Skills:Must Have:CA Inter (Both Groups Cleared)Graduate in Commerce7-10 years of relevant experienceProficient in SAP and MS ExcelPreferred:SAP certification or advanced Excel skillsExperience in the manufacturing industrySkills Required:Strong accounting knowledge and regulatory understandingExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsTeam leadership and coordination abilities
