- Driving Strategic initiatives for Strategic Program management and function planning for Mahindra Trucks and Buses Business
- Strategic projects execution with senior leadership of the organization
- Developing and leading agreements and contracts for internal and external collaborations
- Driving digitization in Product Development and MPDS development at Mahindra Trucks and Buses
- Developing best practices for program management and propagating them through the organization
- Know-how and ability to contribute to Master Project Plan, list of related system level & functional level activities, work package plan, resource plan & time plan and communicates to CFT members to ensure QCD of the project
- Awareness off Gateway development process of automobiles, activity charts with dependent activities, efficient path, identifying critical path, critical activity and resources
- Co-ordinate with internal/ external agencies for Program management function initiatives
- Concern's resolution through continuous co-ordination with stakeholders
- Awareness of risk analysis and mitigation. Proactive role in flagging the potential risk areas and ensuring that a mitigation plan is made available"
- Knowledge of new product development process / MPDS
- Ability to develop and implement IT based solutions
- Knowledge of Budgeting, cost management and manpower planning
- Strong command over MS office- excel and power point, Power BI and dashboarding
- Demonstrate innovative approaches
- Disciplined & Achievement focussed
- Able to Execute the deliverables within the time with minimum guidance & timely escalation
