Type: Full-Time / Contract / ConsultingKey Responsibilities:Advise senior leadership on strategic planning, business growth, and operational excellence.Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with company vision and KPIs.Analyze organizational structure, resource allocation, and process efficiency.Drive change management and digital transformation projects.Mentor C-level executives and guide leadership development programs.Manage stakeholder relationships and promote a high-performance culture.Develop risk management strategies and ensure compliance with regulations.Lead turnaround strategies for underperforming departments or units.Oversee strategic mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.Deliver executive reports and presentations to the board and investors.Qualifications:Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field; PhD preferred.10–15+ years in senior management or executive roles.Proven expertise in strategic planning, business transformation, and performance optimization.Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Global and cross-industry experience is a plus.
