What success looks like in this role:
  • Works with Client Services, product and other business leadership to develop and implement delivery strategies that align with company business objectives and client needs.
  • Oversees delivery management finances, including budgets, cost control measures and financial reporting – owns the group’s P&L.
  • Optimizes team performance through resource planning, talent development and performance evaluation – ensuring achievement of delivery objectives across the project portfolio.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with C-level executives from key clients, acting as trusted advisor to ensure long-term partnership and business growth.
  • Ensures and/or facilitates effective and value-added communication between internal stakeholders, clients and external partners, addressing and resolving issues and challenges.
  • Identifies new business opportunities within existing accounts, contributing to development and proposals for new client engagements.
  • Oversees risk management across delivery teams, ensuring proactive risk identification and development of effective mitigation strategies.

  • BA/BS degree and 10-15 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Graduate degree preferred
  • 6-8 years’ leadership experience
