This is a builder's role - not a maintenance role. The Regional Sales Manager will drive hospital penetration, strengthen distributor effectiveness, and ensure predictable, high-quality revenue growth.Key Outcomes (Success Metrics)- Deliver 3-5x regional revenue growth aligned to aggressive expansion plans- Expand presence across hospitals and dialysis centers in assigned geography- Improve distributor productivity and regional market penetration- Establish structured sales discipline, forecasting, and execution rhythm- Build strong relationships with nephrologists, hospital administrators, and procurement teamsKey Responsibilities1. Revenue Ownership & Market Expansion- Own end-to-end regional revenue, collections, and account growth- Develop and execute region-specific growth strategy- Drive new hospital onboarding and deepen penetration in existing accounts- Personally manage high-value strategic accounts2. Channel & Distributor Management- Appoint and scale distributor partners- Set clear targets and performance review cadence- Ensure pricing discipline, margins, and optimal market coverage3. Stakeholder Management- Build strong credibility with nephrologists and hospital leadership- Act as the regional brand ambassador- Gather structured competitive and product feedback4.
