With a strong Make in India focus, the company manufactures and supplies CDSCO-approved dialysis consumables and solutions to hospitals and dialysis centers across 20+ cities. Hippocrat is on a high-growth journey, targeting expansion from - 32 Cr to - 200 Cr in the next two years.This role is critical to making that growth real on the ground.Role Purpose:Own and scale regional revenues for Hippocrat's dialysis consumables and renal care solutions. This is a builder's role, not a maintenance role. The Regional Sales Manager will drive hospital penetration, strengthen distributor effectiveness, and ensure predictable, high-quality revenue growth while upholding Hippocrat's commitment to reliability and patient-centric care.Key Outcomes (What success looks like):- Deliver 3-5x regional revenue growth aligned to the company's - 200 Cr ambition (FY28)- Expand presence across hospitals and dialysis centers in assigned geography- Improve distributor productivity and regional market penetration- Establish clear sales discipline, forecasting, and execution rhythm in the region- Establish strong relationships with key nephrologists, hospital administrators, and procurement teamsKey Responsibilities:1. Revenue Ownership & Market Expansion:- Own end-to-end regional revenue, collections, and account growth- Build and execute a region-specific growth plan aligned to national strategy- Drive new hospital onboarding and deepen penetration in existing accounts- Personally manage high-value and strategic hospital accounts2. Channel & Distributor Management:- Appoint, manage, and scale distributor and channel partners- Set clear targets, review performance, and drive accountability- Ensure right pricing, margins, and market coverage3. Stakeholder Relationship Management:- Build credibility and trust with nephrologists, dialysis heads, and hospital leadership- Act as Hippocrat's regional face, reinforcing quality, reliability, and Make-in-India positioning- Gather structured market feedback on product performance and competitive activity4. Team Leadership & Execution:- Coach and manage field sales executives (where applicable)- Establish weekly cadence on pipeline, closures, dispatches, and collections- Work closely with Internal Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth fulfillment5. Governance & Discipline:- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting- Ensure credit control and timely collections- Uphold ethical selling practices and patient-first valuesCandidate Profile:Mandatory experience:- 10-12 years of experience in medical devices, dialysis, renal care, hospital consumables, or pharma- Proven track record of regional sales ownership and growth- Strong exposure to hospital sales and distributor-led models- Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-growing SME (ref:updazz.com)
