  • Goal based auto-appraisals and promotion in every 3 months, with 10% hike on each goal crossed.

The RoleYour responsibilities will include:
  • End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM
  • Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties.
  • Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures.
  • Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
  • Build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
Ideal Profile
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Hindi English and Marathi in order to be able to communicate with the stakeholders.
  • Excellent in Customer relationship Management, Sales , networking & strong Negotiations Skills.
  • Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence
  • A graduate/HSC from any discipline is preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.
  • Freshers also welcome.
  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
