- Assist in maintaining statutory records, registers, and minutes of Board and Committee meetings.
- Support in preparing and filing statutory returns, forms, and documents with ROC and other regulatory bodies.
- Draft resolutions, notices, and agendas for meetings under supervision.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations (if applicable), and healthcare industry-related laws.
- Assist in internal audits, legal documentation, and contract management.
- Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and legal advisors as required.
- Keep updated with changes in company law and healthcare-related compliance requirements.
- Provide administrative support in governance-related activities
- Coordinate IPO related compliance with merchant bankers & Statutory auditors.
- Qualified Company Secretary (Fresher/0–1 year experience).
- Strong understanding of Companies Act, 2013 and basic compliance requirements.
- Good drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Willingness to learn industry-specific compliance (Healthcare & Medical Services).
