JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
  • After Sales Service - attend Customer Complaint & provide the after Sales technical support & Service to Customer/Agent/Channel Partners & Visit @ Customer sites to repair the Solenoid valves as & when required.
  • Find out the root cause of failure/Non-working of Solenoid valves/Coils @ Site/works against each Customer complaint.
  • Solve the Complaint by Root cause analysis or applying Problem Solving tools & provide CAPA for Improvement of Product to Design if required with Support QC Manager. (need base)
  • Guide the Customer/End user by using Telephonic talk, Video call, mail communication first to resolve the complaint at site first.
  • Any type of Valve Industry experience is necessary, Solenoid valve Industry experience is first priority

  • Industry, if any specific requirement : specifically valve industry, industrial automation, oil and gas tools,
  • Tools Knowledge : Problem Solving Tools (7 QC TOOLS)
  • Process Knowledge : ISO 9001 (Customer Complaint Handling Process)
  • Soft Skills : communication skills, (Telephonic & mail communication), ability to make good decisions
