
Senior Program Manager–Automated Driving function development

- Collaborate: Effective collaboration with stakeholders at MBRDI and Mercedes-Benz AG (Germany).
- Track: Keep a complete track of the release dates and important milestones.
- Direct: Provide oversight and direction to the team for daily operations to meet the milestones.

- Discuss: Participate in technical discussions within the team and with stakeholders, steering the project in the right direction based on experience.
- Lead: Lead employees to meet the overall organization quality and productivity goals.
- Manage: Manage overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the team.
- Recruit: Work with the Human Resources team to recruit, interview, and hire as per the project needs.
- Develop: Lead employees using performance management and development processes, including goal setting and regular feedback.
- Technical Skills: Thorough understanding of end-to-end electrical and electronics product development life cycles.
- Experience: Prior experience in software development, verification & validation (unit test, software testing at HIL, vehicle level) in automotive ECUs.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of layered architecture in ECU and build process.
- Management: Prior experience in managing teams and working in a matrix organization setup.
- Performance: Experience with performance management frameworks.
- Quality: Experience implementing software quality management practices supporting embedded system projects, driving continuous improvement in software teams.
- Tools: Exposure to planning and tracking tools.
- Process: Process definition, deployment, and harmonization experience.
- Algorithms: Experience with development and release of DNN, ML algorithms, and associated tools.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Safety: Experience in implementing functional safety requirements in the project as per ISO 26262.
- Basic knowledge of the German language.
- Knowledge and experience working with ADAS systems, exposure to appropriate regulations and standards for different markets.
- ISTQB, SAFe certifications.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Additional certifications (if any): PMP, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.
- Domain knowledge in automotive engineering or related fields.
- Exposure to international projects and global stakeholder management.
- Experience with Daimler systems or similar global platforms.
