Based in Thrissur, this full-time role involves supporting HR processes and activities to ensure a seamless recruitment process and effective HR administration. The ideal candidate will be tasked with employing strategic recruitment planning, assisting with coordination, and handling essential HR documents to align with company objectives.Qualification: Any Graduates with experience/interest in HR activitiesCTC : As per market standards and experienceSkills required:
  • must possess recruitment sourcing skills to identify and attract the best talent for the organization (mandatory skill)
  • have experience in interview coordination to effectively manage and schedule interviews with potential candidates
  • demonstrate proficiency in document management to efficiently organize and maintain essential HR documentation
  • capable of managing employee onboarding processes to integrate new hires smoothly into the organization
  • well-versed in HR administration to support various HR functions and ensure compliance with company policies
  • strong data entry skills needed to accurately input and update employee records and other relevant information
  • experienced in drafting and managing offer letters to facilitate the recruitment process and candidate engagement
  • able to develop strategic recruitment planning to align with company objectives and enhance talent acquisition processes
Roles and Responsibilities
  • engage in recruitment sourcing to identify potential candidates and develop a talent pool
  • coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring clear communication between candidates and interviewers
  • manage onboarding processes to assist new hires in integrating seamlessly into the company culture
  • maintain and update HR documents and records accurately to support organizational transparency
  • assist in drafting offer letters and coordinating negotiations to ensure successful candidate placements
  • participate in HR administration tasks to support departmental goals and improve process efficiency
  • input data accurately and maintain employee information systems to facilitate informed HR decisions
  • contribute to strategic recruitment planning and execution to align with the company's growth objectives
