- Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets (USA, APAC) with a focus on mid-to-large enterprises.
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline through market research, cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, email campaigns, and event participation.
- Leverage AI-driven sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ChatGPT, Cognism, and Lusha for lead generation, personalization, and data enrichment.
- Help pitch to prospects and existing clients, understand their needs, and craft tailored proposals by collaborating with the solution design team.
- Present and position UX design, branding, and visual storytelling offerings effectively to business and technical stakeholders.
- Lead the sales process from first touchpoint to deal closure, maintaining a consultative and value-driven sales approach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and sales enablement.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking forums to generate leads and drive a positive ROI.
- Drive upsells and cross-sell opportunities with existing accounts and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Work as a core team/founding member of the sales function and assist in scaling and building the sales team from the ground up.
- Minimum 5+ years of international B2B business development/sales experience, preferably in design, creative, or IT services.
- Proven track record of closing deals with global clients, especially in the USA market.
- Core experience in UX Design Services and ability to relate to technology and AI-driven solutions.
- Experience working with or within high-performing sales teams and ownership of individual quotas.
- Familiarity with sales automation and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho.
- Ability to understand client pain points and co-create customized solution pitches.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive with strong ownership.
- Prior experience working with design studios, creative agencies, or marketing firms.
- Understanding digital design trends, branding, UI/UX concepts, and business impact.
- Participation in industry events or trade shows with a demonstrated positive ROI.
- Experience working in startups or early-stage sales teams.
