- Design and develop AI agents that automate governance workflows including registry updates, risk assessments, policy compliance checks, and documentation generation to reduce manual workload.
- Build automated discovery systems that continuously scan RealPage's infrastructure to identify AI systems, monitor for shadow AI usage, and maintain real-time inventory accuracy across cloud environments.
- Create self-service tools and dashboards that enable business units to independently assess AI risk, generate compliance documentation, and navigate governance processes without constant manual intervention.
- Develop intelligent governance assistants using generative AI that can answer stakeholder questions, provide policy guidance, and assist with intake form completion to accelerate governance processes.
- Implement technical monitoring and observability solutions that track AI system behavior, detect anomalies, identify drift, and alert the governance team to potential issues before they escalate.
- Build integrations between the OneTrust governance platform and other enterprise systems including CMDB, ServiceNow, cloud platforms, and development tools to create seamless data flows.
- Develop automated reporting and metrics collection systems that eliminate manual dashboard creation, provide real-time governance visibility, and generate executive-ready analytics.
- Create API-based governance controls that can be embedded into CI/CD pipelines, enabling developers to receive governance feedback during development rather than as a post-deployment gate.
- Collaborate with InfoSec and DevOps teams to implement runtime technical controls including content filtering, rate limiting, PII detection, and kill switches for AI systems as defined by governance requirements.
- Maintain documentation for governance tools and automation, provide technical support to the governance team, and continuously improve solutions based on operational feedback and changing requirements.
