- Own and drive leadership-level strategic initiatives across functions (Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Growth, Ops, etc.)
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, driving visibility on business performance across teams.
- Own end-to-end reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking frameworks across revenue and growth channels.
- Translate strategic goals into clear roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
- Drive weekly/monthly business reviews (WBR/QBR) with clear insights, risks, and actionables.
- Track execution rigorously and flag risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early.
- Prepare high-quality briefs, dashboards, and narratives for leadership and key stakeholder forums.
- Establish and run operating cadences (OKRs, QBRs, leadership reviews).
- Drive alignment across teams on targets, performance tracking, and key initiatives.
- Improve operational efficiency through structured processes and reporting frameworks.
- Identify systemic issues, analyze data, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Must have 5-9 years of experience in Program Management, Strategy, Business Operations, Revenue or Marketing Ops, or similar roles.
- Must have proven experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Must have strong stakeholder management experience, including working closely with senior leadership (VP/SVP/Founders' Office).
- Proven track record of building and owning dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI tracking for leadership.
- Strong structured thinking with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and narratives.
- Hands-on experience with Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
- Experience driving business review cadences such as WBRs and QBRs.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently under ambiguity.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, B2B, or high-growth startup environments is preferred.
