Job Description:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect with deep expertise in SailPoint to lead the design, transformation, and governance of enterprise identity systems. This role is pivotal in aligning IAM strategies with Zero Trust principles, regulatory compliance, and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and Optimize Access Models: Develop and refine access models across business units and newly acquired entities.Implement RBAC and Risk-Based Governance: Establish Role-Based Access Control and integrate risk-centric governance in alignment with Zero Trust architecture.Role Engineering: Manage complex role analysis and standardization to streamline identity governance.Audit and Compliance: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain audit readiness.SailPoint Platform Leadership: Oversee SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) onboarding, configuration, workflow customization, and performance tuning.SIEM and PAM Integration: Lead integration efforts with SIEM and Privileged Access Management solutions for a unified security posture.Compliance Remediation: Drive timely remediation of audit findings and ensure continuous compliance monitoring.AI-Driven IAM Innovation: Support and evolve AI-augmented IAM strategies, including intelligent access reviews and automation.Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a strong knowledge-sharing culture.Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical Expertise: Strong experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ, IAM architecture, and identity governance frameworks.Governance & Compliance: Deep knowledge of SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR, and experience handling multi-region audits.Role & Access Management: Proven ability in role engineering, policy enforcement, and implementing risk-based controls.Audit Management: Hands-on experience managing IAM audit cycles and compliance workflows.Tool Integration: Experience integrating IAM solutions with SIEM and PAM platforms.Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.Skills:SailPoint IIQIdentity & Access Management (IAM)SIEM (e.g., Splunk, QRadar)PAM (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust)AI/ML in IAM (nice to have)About Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
