- Supervise and mentor junior faculty members, residents, and fellows
- Conduct research in the field of General Surgery and publish research papers in reputed journals
- Provide clinical services in the Department of General Surgery to patients
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of educational programs and curricula
- Collaborate with other departments and institutions to promote interdisciplinary research and education
- M.D.S degree in general surgery or equivalent degree in general surgery
- At least 5 years of teaching experience in a medical college or university
- Demonstrated expertise in the field of General Surgery, including a track record of research publications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality education, research, and clinical services in the field of General Surgery
