o Able to visualize the dependencies and identify risk and be able to identify the mitigation actions.
o Should have excellent understanding on SDLC process
o Good understanding on overall SCM functional areas to provide support with Business & Client requirements understanding, recommendation for Solution approach & Documentation of Detail Design framework
o Able to manage SIT/UAT Testing, Business Training & Testing supportAdditional Responsibilities :o Exposure to Oracle SCM implementation and rollout
o Effective Communication and Stakeholder Management
o Strong Consultation skills
o Experience in Implementing Big Transformation Projects
