IndiaIS Analyst – SAP Business One (Service & Finance)YOUR OPPORTUNITYWe are looking for an IS Analyst to join our SAP Business One team, part of the Digital Transformation & Technologies organization. Reporting directly to the SAP B1 COE Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Service and Finance processes in SAP B1, as well as managing system integrations with external applications like FSM (Field Service Management). This role combines functional consulting and project management responsibilities within the SAP B1 system. You will be actively involved in Change Requests (CRQs), projects, and support activities, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and value-driven solutions.YOUR MISSION

Act as functional consultant and project manager for CRQs and projects for Service and Finance area.
Analyze business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and oversee end-to-end improvements and project delivery.
Support and maintain integrations between SAP B1 and external applications, such as FSM.
Ensure post-development support for newly implemented functionalities.
Create training documentation and deliver training sessions to end users.
Serve as 3rd level support for Service & Finance-related processes.
Collaborate with business users and IT partners to ensure continuity and improvement of key business processes.

YOUR PROFILEWe are looking for a motivated team player with strong analytical thinking and a passion for bridging business and technology.Requirements:

Experience with SAP Business One or a similar ERP system, especially in the Service Management and Finance and Accounting modules.
Ability to analyze complex functional issues across interconnected systems and integration points.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a business-oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills; ability to build relationships with stakeholders across different functions and levels.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
Ability to support and co-drive business with solutions.
Previous experience in IT or a related technical environment is a strong plus.
Degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
