- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and manage agreements effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into successful sales opportunities.
- Proficient in developing and implementing pricing strategies to stay competitive in the market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Qualification: MBA in Sales & Marketing.
- Prefer Candidate from Kerala & Willing to travel All India.
- Language proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu & other Indian languages
- Manage and oversee sales operations across designated areas to maximize revenue growth and market share.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing and sales plans.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their skills and improve team performance.
- Track sales performance metrics and report on achievements to senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely solutions to customer issues.
