- Train members of the team in Systems & processes
- Problem-Solving Abilities with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex HR queries and operational challenges.

- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Benefits Administration: Proficiency in managing and administering various employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance and Flex Benefits globally (UK, India, Middle East, US and Canada experience is good)
- Logical Reasoning to explain benefits policies and answer employee inquiries
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in benefits administration and compliance with legal requirements
- Customer Service Orientation: Serving as a trusted resource for Employees, HR’s, Tier 1 and Regional teams providing support on benefits-related questions.
