- Perform quality control inspections on products, components, and systems to ensure they meet production standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests, including dimensional, mechanical, and functional tests, to identify any defects or non - conformance.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for optimization.
- Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshoot process issues, and ensure timely resolution of problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Investigate customer complaints and Test Data, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Experience in a Vessels/Tanks/Transformers manufacturing industry with full fabrication knowledge.
- Tank inspection knowledge and ability to do local site inspections individually.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem - solving skills.
