You will work closely with product management, delivery management and engineering teams as to successfully release new innovative products. Goal will be to support agile teams, become self-organizing by applying Scrum framework and Agile principles.Key responsibilities:Coaching, training, mentoring teams on Agile values, principles, and practices mainly around Scrum and Kanban.Keep track of KPIs and recommend and facilitate changes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.Coordinate Agile Ceremonies such as planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews etc.Resolve conflicts, impediments, and issues that affect the teams and the organization.Establish and maintain metrics and dashboards and report progress or blockersProvide frequent status updates and raise in timely manner issues that cannot be resolved within the teamRecord dependencies and facilitate discussions with relevant partiesShield team from interruptionsRecord team’s decision on improvements and help them to be appliedWork with product owners to handle backlog items and form the roadmapEnsure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each iterationTrack story points and workflow efficiency and create future projectionsHelp build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on itQualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field.3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach and/or Scrum MasterProven track record of leading and facilitating improvements at a team and organizational levelExcellent knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with adaptability to changesLeadership and management experience with the ability to influence, motivate and inspire others.Certifications in Agile Coaching, Scrum or Kanban are preferred.Additional informationWhy would you enjoy working with us at Light & Wonder?Competitive benefits, an open and supportive environment as well as a modern and exciting workplace.The opportunity to interact with global teams on a regular basis and the possibility to switch teams and projects as you and our business continues to develop and grow.Exciting projects with opportunities for creating positive change to our game engineering ecosystem.And if that’s not enough; you will get to enjoy a stunning work location and flexible working practices whilst we provide you with the guidance and development skills you need to progress quickly and enhance your career.#LI-Hybrid#LI-iGaming
