With over 27,000+ associates, it’s the largest software development center of Bosch, outside Germany, indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities :Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Reviews, Retrospectives) for two development teamsCoach teams on Scrum and Agile best practices, fostering self-organization and accountabilityDrive Agile maturity and continuous improvement initiativesSupport Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and roadmap alignmentRemove impediments and proactively manage risksFacilitate cross-team coordination in a multi-site setup (Germany, India, US)Ensure transparency in metrics (velocity, burn-down, predictability, quality indicators)Promote DevOps and engineering best practices where applicableEnable collaboration across hardware, software, and system engineering teams in the Energy domainGuide stakeholders on Agile adoption and transformation practicesQualificationsEducational qualification:B.E. / M.Tech in ECE, EEE, CSE or equivalentExperience :8–12 yearsMandatory/requires Skills :Strong Agile/Scrum backgroundProven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for multiple teamsStrong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or scaled Agile exposure preferred)Experience in engineering or product development environmentsAbility to manage distributed/global teamsStrong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication skills (working with Germany, India, and US teams)Preferred Skills :Experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or Energy domainExposure to embedded systems, power electronics, or industrial systems is an advantageExperience in Non-Automotive industrial product development environments
