- Must have 5+ years of experience in SAP SD
- hands on experience in SAP S4HANA
- Investigate and resolve user-reported issues within the SAP SD module to ensure smooth business operations.
- Manage and address incidents in line with defined SLA timelines, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
- Carry out routine configuration changes such as updates to pricing conditions, creation of new customer master records, and maintenance of partner functions.
- Deliver L2/L3 support for end users by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to core SD transactions.
- Evaluate and implement minor to moderate change requests, including adjustments to order-to-cash processes, modifications to output forms, and the creation of new delivery types.
- Collaborate with other SAP functional teams such as FI, MM, and WM to resolve cross-functional issues effectively.
- Partner with the ABAP development team to address system bugs, develop enhancements, and deliver custom reports.
- Liaise with technical teams for the development and implementation of custom solutions involving user exits, BADIs, and other enhancement techniques.
- Customer Service experience is a must
