Job descriptionKey Responsibilities:Develop and Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns:
  • Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and objectives.
Content Creation and Management:
  • Develop engaging and relevant content for social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
SEO and SEM:
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  • Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics platforms.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance.
Email Marketing:
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
  • Track and analyze email marketing metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Social Media Management:
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and create content that encourages interaction and engagement.
Market Research and Trend Analysis:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
Requirements:Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
