Description:Key Objective of the Job :- Sourcing of new customers, maintain the relations and build business- Health of the book, profitability, Productivity of the teamMajor Deliverables :- Sourcing / Business Development - New Acquisitions for Emerging / SME Segment- Create and Maintain Healthy and Profitable Book- Income Targets (including fee based)- Profitability Targets- To maintain existing customer base- Cross Sell both Corporate and Retail Products- MIS Reports.- Monitor and guide team members for the desired output / productivity- Provide advisory services to the key customers- Train the team for the necessary skill sets required for the role- Collection of over dues
