- Lead and grow modern trade partnerships across India, including hypermarkets, chain stores, and cash & carry formats.
- Drive sell-in and sell-out targets through strategic planning, Open-to-Buy (OTB) strategies, and impactful promotions.
- Own Terms of Trade (ToT) and Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key accounts to ensure commercial success.
- Manage in-store activations, promoter teams, and experiential marketing to boost consumer conversion.
- Oversee account profitability, P&L, collections, and trade compliance.
- Build strong retail relationships and lead commercial negotiations.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing sales team across geographies.
- 12+ years in sales/channel leadership in consumer electronics or FMCG.
- Proven modern trade and key account management experience.
- Strong financial, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial, mobile (upto 10-15 days of travel), and ready to build from ground up.
- Tier 1 MBA Preferred
