Our client, a growing women wellness brand, is on a lookout for Key Account Manager - Modern Trade to strategize the brand's growth across all National & Regional MT Chains. Your contribution will be critical both in terms of planning and execution. Location: BengaluruWorking Mode: 5 days, on-siteRoles and Responsibilities :1. Drive sales and profitability by implementing strategic plans aligned with the business roadmap, targeting both growth and sustainability.2. Expand into national and regional modern trade (MT) chains while ensuring profitability within defined budget constraints.3. Strengthen tertiary sales execution by leveraging promotional tools such as promoters, merchandisers, and in-store activities.4. Collaborate with regional teams and MT chain stakeholders to enhance local-level partnerships and drive business performance.5. Oversee P&L, analyze market trends, run effective marketing campaigns, and ensure timely reporting to support strategic decision-making.Qualifications :1. Mandate experience from FMCG Brands with minimum of 5 years of experience in Modern Trade operations.2. MBA degree is an added advantage3.
