As a Customer Support Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact between the company and our valued users. You will help build trust and loyalty among users, reinforcing Astrotalk's commitment to excellent service and user wellbeing.Details:- Location: Noida, Sector 125- Industry: Technology, Information and Internet- Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:- Respond promptly, professionally, and empathetically to customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone calls, emails, chat, and social media.- Address user concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information about the platform, services, and astrologers.- Ensure all communication is aligned with the company's tone and values.- Record and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and resolutions for internal tracking and improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as tech, content, and operations to resolve complex queries or escalate issues when necessary.- Continuously follow up with users to confirm that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve overall user experience and product quality.- Stay updated on the latest product features, service updates, and astrology-related topics to ensure informed responses.- Maintain a calm and positive attitude even in high-pressure situations or with difficult customers.Required Qualifications:- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in tech, internet, or consumer service companies.- Minimum of 60% or higher marks in both 10th and 12th grade.- A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university.
