Job Description :- Analyst & BD (Alternatives, Pune) Responsible for Sourcing of Properties, Database Management, Business Development & supporting Transaction Management Services for Alternative Asset Classes [Coliving, Student Housing, Sr. Living, Educational (Schools & Colleges) & Healthcare (Single & Multi-Speciality Hospitals)] Sourcing & Database Management: Sourcing properties (ready to move in / under construction / greenfield). Mapping Demand Clusters & Notable Existing / Operational Projects with putting together detailed case-studies. Uploading Supply & Existing Development data on inhouse database & software. Business Development & Transaction Management Support Services: Conducting Business Development activities through research, market intelligence, networking, newspaper, internet, cold calling, industry seminars etc Leverage relationships & existing client base for augmenting supply as well as demand side for Alternatives Asset Classes. Prepare marketing materials such as information memorandums, proposals, financial analysis, analytical reports, market intelligence and sectoral reports. Articulate and present reports/ deliverables in required detail to clients. Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - scheduling calls / meetings / site visits / presentations / follow up discussions. Identify opportunities for Exclusive Marketing Mandates for the firm Operate and manage end-to-end process from the client site for the marketing mandates, if deputed as required.
