This role isnt about managing one school its about shaping systems, coaching leaders, and building consistency across a diverse academic ecosystem.You'll have the space, resources, and support to design learning journeys that work across subjects, cities, and classroom styles.What You'll Do

Lead curriculum design, academic planning, and teaching strategy for Grades 1 to 5
Set up and standardize academic systems, processes, and assessments across schools
Mentor school principals, academic coordinators, and subject leads
Observe classrooms, identify gaps, and guide interventions
Monitor student outcomes, parent satisfaction, and retention trends
Collaborate across departments to ensure holistic child development (not just academics)

What Were Looking For

Prior role as a Principal / Academic Head / Headmistress in Primary education
At least 1015 years of K12 experience, with proven leadership capabilities
Strong background in CBSE curriculum and academic delivery
Ability to work with data, lead large teams, and manage system-wide implementation
Passionate about education transformation and operational excellence
