This isn't a school-level job it's a central leadership role that will define how thousands of young children begin their learning journey.Youll be setting the tone for how foundational skills are nurtured, how teachers are guided, and how systems are strengthened all while ensuring quality and joy in learning.What You'll Do
  • Own and evolve the Pre-Primary curriculum and pedagogy across all schools
  • Design and implement child-centric learning journeys that are playful yet structured
  • Train, mentor, and uplift hundreds of Pre-Primary educators with warmth and clarity
  • Visit schools regularly to observe classrooms, support school teams, and align practices
  • Monitor academic quality, classroom environment, and student retention metrics
  • Collaborate with school leaders, regional heads, and central teams to ensure system-wide consistency and innovation
What Were Looking For
  • Experience as a Principal / Headmistress / Academic Coordinator (Pre-Primary focus)
  • Minimum 10+ years in K12 education, with at least 34 years in a leadership role
  • Exposure to multi-school or chain school models (cluster/regional/national level a bonus)
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and system-thinking skills
  • A genuine love for early childhood education paired with strong execution ability
