At AFRY you can be yourself!Work type: Hybrid (3days in office)Job DescriptionYour Role: As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating engaging and user-centric digital experiences. Your expertise will shape the product's look, feel, and usability across various platforms. This role combines design, strategy, and innovation to deliver compelling user journeys and interfaces.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from user research to final UI delivery.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to identify user needs and design effective solutions.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
Maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides for consistency across digital products.
Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Work in Agile/Scrum environments to align design deliverables with product development cycles.

Additional Responsibilities: You will oversee key design projects and may take on temporary additional roles to enhance your growth and development. This role involves engaging with internal and external customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and presenting to leaders at both country and regional levels. Open communication and integrity are emphasized in all interactions. You will be based in the AFRY Pune office and may need to travel domestically and internationally.QualificationsEducation:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Knowledge of additional APAC languages is a valuable plus.

Experience:

4 to 8 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing successful web and mobile projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
Deep understanding of interaction design, visual design, and user research methodologies.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience conducting usability testing and applying user feedback to design iterations.
