Design Execution & Systems Thinking Own and deliver end-to-end UX from discovery to polished execution across web and mobile platforms. Create and advocate for scalable, reusable patterns through partnership with Design Systems teams. Apply strong systems thinking to manage complexity, especially across integrated enterprise platforms. Act as a design mentor and coach for other principal and senior designers across teams. Contribute to the evolution of UKG's design culture, practices, and community globally. Represent India design leadership in global strategic initiatives and cross-org collaborations. Shape 12+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with 3-5+ years at a Principal or Lead level in enterprise software. Demonstrated experience influencing product vision, defining design strategies, and creating frameworks that scale. Strong experience with AI-integrated design, conversational UX, and workflow optimization. Exceptional ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders. Strong visual and interaction design skills with deep experience in responsive web and native mobile platforms. Mastery of Figma and other design/prototyping tools; knowledge of front-end tech is a plus. Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field. Portfolio demonstrating complex, enterprise-grade solutions and leadership impact. Shape Deep domain knowledge in HR, payroll, financial systems, or compliance-driven software. Experience in designing for international markets and ensuring accessibility and localization compliance. Familiarity with Agile and Lean UX practices at scale. Shape
