Responsibilities: Craft and bake a variety of breads, including traditional and innovative recipes. Experiment with new ingredients and techniques to create unique and appealing bread offerings. Collaborate with our team to develop and refine recipes that meet customer preferences and market trends. Ensure consistent quality in all bread products. Requirements: Proven experience as a baker, with a focus on bread-making. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to confidently create and introduce new bread varieties. Strong understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and recipe development. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
