Company Description Fiori Artisanal is a bakery located in Marathahalli, near Whitefield, Bengaluru. We started as a passion project with the goal of creating delicious food products that are chemical-free, preservative-free, and all-natural. We follow a from-scratch experimental approach, using fresh ingredients sourced from local artisans and farmers. Our baking style is heavily influenced by European and American pastry, specializing in Choux Pastry, Tarts, Cakes, Dietary Inclusive treats, Enriched Breads, and Sourdough. We strive to promote community building, work with artisans, and maintain a healthy supply chain. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Baker at Fiori Artisanal in Bengaluru. The Junior Baker will be responsible for bakery tasks including baking, food preparation, order management, maintaining inventory, following standard recipes & imnovating new products. Qualifications Diploma/Certificate in Pastry/Culinary/Hospitality is a must! Should possess a deep passion for the industry 0-1 year Experience is preferred. Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices Ability to work in a team and pay attention to detail. Able to create and innvoate new products is a plus
