- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Experience in creating engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with trainees and subject matter experts
- Ability to assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and presentation skills.
