- Implement and administer employee policies in consultation and guidance of HR Head.
- Manage entire employee lifecycle - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Process, Induction / Onboarding, Orientation, Employee Query / Grievances Resolution, Separation Process, L&D, Compliances, etc.
- Provide high-quality inputs and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues.
- Assist and Support the HR Head in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
- Offer proactive assistance with agility.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates.
- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
- Prepare letters, documents, formats, notices, etc.
- Coordinate and fulfil end to end Training Needs to Staff.
- Regularly review metrics, analyse and identify trends, and recommend plans of action to address gaps related to human resource developments.
- Ensure successful planning, monitoring and appraisals of employee.
- Support senior leadership team to build good culture for being high performing organization Lead safety initiatives, evaluate risks, record findings & risk assessment
- Oversee administration with help of administrative personnel under instructions of HR Head.
- Awareness and Working Knowledge of HR compliances & local labour laws.
- Manage HR audits.
- Supporting Managers with performance development plans for employees.
- Heath & Wellness programs Planning & execution of offsite excursions, team get-together, team building activities & cultural programs, etc.
- Additional responsibilities include but not limited to facility maintenance, leave management etc.
