Our students are placed in leading companies across industries like Accenture, American Express, AbsolutData, Axtria, Bank of America, and McKinsey.Website: https://www.analytixlabs.co.in/Key Responsibilities:Course & Webinar Operations- Manage the end-to-end execution of courses and webinars, ensuring a seamless experience for learners.- Coordinate with instructors and mentors for course scheduling and content delivery.- Oversee the onboarding process for new students and instructors to ensure smooth enrollment and participation.Process Optimization & Coordination- Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to streamline operations across different functions.- Identify bottlenecks in processes and implement solutions for smoother execution.- Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure alignment on key objectives.Customer Support & Student Engagement- Respond to student inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and support platforms in a timely and professional manner.- Address and resolve technical issues, payment queries, and course-related concerns.- Gather student feedback and work on improving the overall experience.Payment & Enrollment Management- Track student enrollments, payments, and refunds to ensure accurate records.- Work with the finance team to maintain billing and invoicing accuracy.- Ensure that all payment-related concerns are handled efficiently.Requirements & Qualifications:- 1-3 years of experience in operations, customer support, or EdTech management.- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.- Strong communication skills for coordinating across teams and handling student queries.- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software, Zoom/Webinar platforms.- Experience in EdTech is a plus.What We Offer:- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications.- Opportunities for Growth: Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.- Collaborative Work Environment: A collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of passionate professionals.
