- Drive automation of core business processes leveraging RPA, low-code/no-code and enterprise platforms-Evaluate and digitize business-critical workflows to enhance operational efficiency, transparency, and user experience across functions.2. Program Execution & Change Enablement- Manage large-scale digital program portfolios with structured methodologies from concept to implementation- Devise fit-for-purpose technology deployment strategy for identified use cases e.g., make vs. buy, technology vendor(s) to leverage- Define business cases, project charters, ROI metrics, and drive stakeholder alignment across CXO, functional, and Digital teams.Define, manage and execute scorecards for various interventions / businesses for internal and external benchmarking3. Technical Enablement & User Adoption- Spearhead technical enablement for internal users through bootcamps, digital capability-building sessions, and e-learning modules.
- Track adoption metrics via tools like Power BI and drive interventions to bridge digital usage gaps.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure secure, scalable integration of platforms like Azure, SharePoint Online, and Copilot Studio.4. External Partnerships & Innovation Scouting- Engage with technology vendors/startups to co-create solutions using AI, IoT, and data engineering.
- Lead pilot evaluations and MVPs before full-scale deployment; manage vendor contracts, POCs, and transition to BAU.5. Cross-Company Implementation- Act as a central transformation anchor across companies, ensuring tailored yet standardised implementations.
- Lead governance cadences, document success stories, and foster a culture of innovation across business units.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business; MBA or equivalent preferred.
5-7 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, ideally within diversified industries or consulting.Skills & CompetenciesFunctional Skills * Domain knowledge of key Business Processes, Process re-engineering framework understanding for Digital transformation
